Can I order from multiple bakers at once?
Orders are placed per baker to ensure freshness, accurate pricing, and smooth delivery.
How do I know the bakers are reliable?
All bakers on Bakehood go through a verification process. You can also view baker profiles, ratings, and customer reviews before ordering.
Are the baked goods freshly made?
Yes. All items are prepared by home bakers, often made to order or baked fresh daily.
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, PayPal, and digital wallets such as Apple Pay and Google Pay.
How does delivery work?
Delivery is handled by our partnered courier, Veezu, who offer their services up to 15 miles from a baker's location. Delivery fees are shown at checkout.
How does Bakehood ensure food safety?
Bakehood verifies bakers, encourages compliance with food hygiene standards, and monitors reviews and customer feedback.
Can I schedule an order in advance?
Yes. As most of our bakers work from home, nearly all orders are made fresh to order and will need to be scheduled due to the preparation time required for baked goods.

Who can sell on Bakehood?
Bakehood is open to home bakers who meet local food safety and compliance requirements.
How do I become a seller on Bakehood?
You can sign up as a baker on the Become a Baker page, complete your profile, and submit required verification documents. Once approved, you can start selling.
Do I need a license?
Yes. Bakers are required to comply with UK food safety regulations. Specific requirements will be outlined during the registration process.
How much does Bakehood charge bakers?
Bakehood earns a commission on each completed order. Full pricing details are shared once baker registration is complete.
When do I get paid?
Once an order has been successfully completed, your earnings from that order will appear in the Balance section of your Dashboard. You can then request a withdrawal at any time to the bank account details saved on your account.
