About this bake
Loaded brownies are my signature bake. Rich, fudgy chocolate brownies taken to the next level with indulgent toppings and fillings that make every bite feel like a treat. If you love brownies but want something a little more exciting, these are made for you.
What Makes My Loaded Brownies Special
The base of every loaded brownie I make starts with proper, from-scratch chocolate brownie batter. No packet mixes, no shortcuts. I use real butter and good quality chocolate so the foundation is dense and fudgy before any toppings even come into the picture.
What makes these loaded brownies stand out is the generosity of the toppings. I do not scatter a few crumbs on top and call it done. Each brownie is genuinely loaded, and you can see and taste the topping in every bite. I bake in small batches so every order gets my full attention and the quality stays consistent every single time.

Dietary and Allergen Information
I bake from a home kitchen so I cannot guarantee a completely allergen free environment. That said, I do my best to accommodate dietary requirements and I am always upfront about what I can and cannot do.
If you need a gluten free, dairy free or vegan option, please mention this in your order request and I will let you know whether I can cater for it. I will list the main allergens in my ingredients so please read these carefully before ordering. I follow Food Standards Agency guidelines on allergen labelling.
If you have a serious allergy, please get in touch directly before placing your order so we can talk through whether my cakes are suitable for you.
I am based in Leeds and Bakehood offers local delivery and collection for my custom celebration cakes. If you are outside of Leeds, get in touch and I will let you know whether delivery is possible for your order. In the meantime, kindly have a look at my store to see other products I sell.
