About this bake

My brownie tower is one of the most showstopping bakes I create a stacked, tiered display of rich, fudgy brownies built to impress at any celebration. Whether you are planning a birthday, wedding, baby shower or corporate event, a custom brownie tower makes the perfect centrepiece that guests actually want to eat.

What Makes My Brownie Tower Special

Every brownie tower I make is baked entirely from scratch using real butter and quality chocolate. I do not use mixes or pre-made bases. Each layer is individually baked, cooled and stacked with care so the tower holds together beautifully and looks stunning right up until the last brownie is taken.

What sets my brownie tower apart is the level of personalisation available. You choose the flavours, the decoration style, the colour scheme and the size. I can add toppers, ribbons, dried flowers, edible gold, printed images or themed decorations to match your event perfectly. Every brownie tower I send out is one I would be proud to have at my own celebration.

The brownies themselves are dense and fudgy at the centre with a slightly set edge, the way a proper brownie should be. They stay fresh for several days, so even if your event runs over two days, quality is not a problem.

How to Order Your Brownie Tower

Ordering is simple and I handle everything personally from first message to delivery.

Send your order request through the platform with your event date, number of guests and any flavour or decoration ideas you have in mind
I will get back to you to confirm all the details, agree the final design and confirm availability for your date
Once everything is agreed, I begin baking your brownie tower fresh as close to your event date as possible
Your brownie tower is packaged securely and either delivered or made ready for collection on the agreed date

Brownie Tower Flavours

I offer a wide range of flavours so you can build a brownie tower that suits your taste and your guests perfectly.

Mixed flavour towers are available: a popular choice for larger events where guests have different preferences. Just let me know when you place your request and I will suggest the best combination for your order size.

Dietary and Allergen Information

I bake from a home kitchen so I cannot guarantee a completely allergen free environment. That said, I do my best to accommodate dietary requirements and I am always upfront about what I can and cannot do.

If you need a gluten free, dairy free or vegan option, please mention this in your order request and I will let you know whether I can cater for it. I will list the main allergens in my ingredients so please read these carefully before ordering. I follow Food Standards Agency guidelines on allergen labelling.

I am based in Leeds and Bakehood offers local delivery and collection for my custom celebration cakes. If you are outside of Leeds, get in touch and I will let you know whether delivery is possible for your order. In the meantime, kindly have a look at my store to see other products I sell.
